A self taught cook, I’ve brought myself around the country in various jobs in the food service business. No matter the task at hand one thing always was the same, making folks happy. Food will do it. A good laugh will do it. Good company will do it. When you can marry all three of these things you’ve got stuff of memories. I’ve got a trove of these such memories from an amazing family and extremely exceptional friends. When we’re not eating, we’re talking about what we ate. When we’re not doing that we’re planning what we’ll eat next. Some would call this a sickness, we call it Sunday.
